Who we are

Resurgence One LLC ("Resurgence One", "we", "us") is an automation agency. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, our booking flow, and the phone and text messaging systems we operate. Questions about anything here can go to hello@resurgenceone.com.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you fill out a form on this site or book a call, we receive what you submit: typically your name, email address, business name, phone number, and your message. Scheduling runs on Cal.com, which processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.
Calls and text messages. When you call or text a phone number we operate, we receive your phone number, the content of text messages, and basic call details such as the time of the call.
Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit this site. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you ask for.
To operate communication systems, such as sending a text response when a call to a business number we operate goes unanswered.
To keep records we need for running the business and meeting legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

You consent to receive text messages from us when you provide your phone number through a form, or when you call or text a number we operate. For example, if you call one of our numbers and we miss the call, you may receive a single text message acknowledging your call.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never sold or shared with any third party for their own marketing.

When we share information

We share information only with the service providers that run our infrastructure, such as website hosting, scheduling, email delivery, and telephony providers, and only so those services can operate. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide services, maintain business records, or meet legal requirements, and then delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
